Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services, bookings, rentals, events, and engagements provided by Rollercoaster Entertainment LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By confirming a booking, signing a contract, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Services Provided
Rollercoaster Entertainment LLC provides entertainment-related services, which may include but are not limited to:

Event entertainment and coordination

Equipment and/or attraction rentals

Performers, DJs, hosts, or special attractions

Set-up and breakdown services

Staffing related to events
Specific services will be defined in your individual service agreement or invoice.
What to include in the T&C document
Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and services.

Remaining balance must be paid no later than 48–72 hours before the event date unless otherwise stated in writing.

We accept payments via [add your accepted payment types: cash, Zelle, credit card, ACH, etc.].
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without any refund of deposits paid.
